This was alright. I get the point, that we have to make room for change, leave behind fears, etc etc. I might read it again, since my audio book was messing up, but the gist was made clear. I'll have to let it soak in to make it fit in my own life. I don't particularly like when self-help books like this repeat themselves over and over and really beat it into your head, but I guess some people need that. I'll try it again at a later time and see if I feel better about it.
